For 4-star and 5-star hotel FF&E projects with a diverse product mix, a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as low as 5 pieces per item is acceptable for select products. Based on your brand standards and specific hotel layout design, we specialize in value engineering—sourcing and manufacturing identical or highly comparable products from China that match your required brand specifications, ensuring highly competitive pricing without compromising on premium quality.

3.         Payment Terms

Since we specialize in bespoke, custom-designed FF&E and provide a seamless, turn-key procurement service for comprehensive hospitality projects, our standard payment term is a 50% down payment for customized designs and manufacturing, and a 30% down payment for generic hospitality-related operating products, with the balance paid via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or an irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C).

Up to 90% of our custom furniture and millwork projects are designed for effortless assembly using our clear technical installation guides and step-by-step videos. Should you require expert on-site assistance, our highly experienced installation technicians can be dispatched to your project site globally. Under a supplemental contract (covering international airfare and hotel accommodations), we can provide up to 15 days of professional on-site installation supervision and labor at zero additional service fees.

9.         Mock-up Room & Bulk Production Timelines

• Mock-up Room Production: Completed within 50 days (allowing thorough design validation before scaling).

• Bulk Production: Completed within 60 days following sample approval and technical drawing sign-off.
